Background
When I was a teenager, I often traveled from Singapore to Bangkok with my dad. We stayed in a simple boutique hotel in Yao Wa Rat, Chinatown. Over the following days, a trusted taxi driver would take us beyond the city to famous temples known for their reputable monks.My dad had a deep connection with these monks, forged through his regular visits, offerings of food and drinks, and his clear intentions—he was there to collect amulets. They understood and appreciated his presence. Because of their mutual respect, the monks often shared rare and aged amulets with him, treasures that are hardly seen outside the temples.
Current
My dad no longer trades these amulets; he intended to pass them down to my kids. But with the younger generation less interested, I want to share these genuine, well-preserved amulets with collectors who value their history and spiritual significance. These amulets come directly from the temples, either purchased from the temple counters or special collection by the monks. They are authentic and have been preserved with care by my dad. You can always trace them back to their origins in the temples of Thailand.
